How do I stop receiving text messages from SmileSet?Updated 23 days ago
To opt out of SMS notifications, simply reply to any message with:
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT
Most mobile carriers will process this immediately, and you’ll receive a confirmation.
Q: My reply didn’t go through or I didn’t get a confirmation. What now?
Some carriers or VoIP providers (like TextNow, MagicJack, FreedomPop, etc.) may block replies to automated messages. If your opt-out request didn’t work, don’t worry—we’ve got other ways to unsubscribe.
Try one of the following:
✅ Fill out our opt-out form:
[smileset.com/unsubscribe]
✅ Email us directly:
Send an email to [email protected] with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
✅ Call or text us:
Reach out at 855-604-7052 and we’ll manually remove you from our SMS list.
Q: Why doesn’t replying “STOP” work for my number?
If you're using a VoIP number (like a number from Google Voice or a calling app), it might not support replying to short code SMS messages. These replies are often blocked or not delivered by your provider.
