Can you bill my insurance?

At this time we do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a custom form with the required insurance codes and doctor information so you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. You can download an insurance reimbursement form

How much will aligner treatment cost?

Our Aligner treatment costs $1495. We also offer financing options as low as $62.15 a month for 18 months. Our aligners are also eligbile for FSA/HSA payments and insurance reimbursement.
