If you are dissatisfied with the fit of your clear retainers, or if your needs have changed and you no longer require them, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. You can also return your impression kit within 30 days of receipt. 

To begin a return, please email us at support@smileset.com within the 30-day period post-receipt, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with further instructions.

Upon receiving the returned retainers, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
