How it works

Do I need to provide impressions for my retainers?

No. We'll use your Smile Direct Club file to create your new retainers, no new impressions needed.

What if the retainers don't fit?

If for some reason your new set of retainers don’t fit, we’ll send out an impression kit free of charge to get the right fit.

Should I use the same customer information as I used on my SmileDirectClub account?

Yes. Please use either the same email address or phone number that you used for your SmileDirectClub account so we can locate your retainer file.

What if I already ordered SmileDirectClub retainers?

We cannot fulfill previous SmileDirectClub retainer orders. SmileSet is unaffiliated with SmileDirectClub and is only working to provide retainers on behalf of SmileDirectClub doctors for their patients using their existing retainer file.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the U.S.

Do you accept returns?

If you are dissatisfied with the fit of your clear retainers, or if your needs have changed and you no longer require them, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. You can also return your impression kit within 30 days of rec
