In addition to returns, we offer exchanges. Should you need a new retainer due to an improper fit, we will provide a new impression kit at no cost to you and create a new retainer based on your updated dental impressions.

To request an exchange, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us at support@smileset.com within 30 days of receiving your original order. Please specify that you would like an exchange and include the order number for reference.
  2. We will send you a complimentary impression kit with instructions to take your new dental impressions.
  3. Once we receive your new impressions, we will create and send you a new retainer tailored to the updated specifications.

Please ensure that the returned retainers are in the condition you received them in. Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee is valid only if the retainers are returned within this specified timeframe.
