Don’t worry: if your payment method fails for your retainer subscription order, we will contact you immediately. We don’t want you to be without your retainers. By letting you know straight away, you can adjust the payment method. If your card has expired or there’s another problem with it, you can change the payment method in your customer portal or by contacting us. We will then try to take the payment again. Once complete, your retainers will be on their way to you.
